Moore Involved, the Chamber’s young professionals group, has various activities geared toward engaging the young professionals of Moore in efforts that “impact the people and businesses of Moore through lasting partnerships and selfless acts”. From philanthropy events to networking activities, there are plenty of happenings for Moore’s professionals (aged 21 to the young at heart) to get “involved”.
Moore Involved’s philanthropy focuses on volunteering with local non-profits and learning more about their services and impact on the community. One of the foundations of philanthropy events is the annual “Fill the Bus” school supply drive to benefit the Moore Public School District.
“Moore Connect” networking events are hosted at local restaurants all around Moore. These events give young professionals a chance to build relationships and develop a strong foundation for living, working, and playing in the community.
Moore Involved’s feature event is the annual Hole-O-Ween Mini Golf Tournament. This particular evening of fun supports both Moore Involved AND a local nonprofit organization. This night gives a great excuse to have a party and support an area nonprofit.
